Shane and the team at KC really took great care of us. After deciding to venture on the journey of replacing almost all the floors in our town home with Luxury Vinyl, I called and got quotes from many different companies in Harford County and KC was the best value by far! Shane was very quick to respond, get us a very detailed quote, and was very knowledgeable on the process. He made us feel comfortable and the daunting task became much less worrisome. They had a very large selection of options to choose from. The crew did a really great job and finished what I assumed would be a multiple day job in one! We are very happy and will recommend them for anyone looking to improve their flooring.

I moved into a new house that was lovely except for the kitchen and bathroom floors, which had awful outdated BROWN lino. EW! I contacted KC Flooring and they called me back the same day and we arranged for Kirk to come and make an estimate. He showed me all the latest in luxury vinyl for the kitchen, and lovely tile options for the bathroom. I really wanted to have the look of wood for the kitchen and I'm SO happy that luxury vinyl is available in a beautiful wood texture, which looks so real and is super easy to clean. I'm new to home renovation and I was anxious that the whole process would be stressful and protracted, but it took them literally ONE DAY to rip up and install the floor in BOTH (LARGE) ROOMS?

I used to cringe whenever I looked at my floors, now I smile because they're so pretty! The new floors have honestly elevated my whole quality of life in my home. I still have some carpet that will need replacing in a few years, so I definitely plan to call KC Flooring again!

To begin with Awesome !! I recently had my flooring installed and I immediately returned for backsplash. Jason followed through with installing maple hardwood throughout my entire home and I have to say I am beyond excited about it! The look is fresh and clean with great quality. The appointment was scheduled and this company exceeded my expectations. When I entered through my front door I felt the sun pass me to the room and I couldn't believe how beautiful each room was. The added value to my home is amazing . From the start I was anxious to work with this company. The staff has outstanding customer service. They took time when showing their many samples of flooring and was more than attentive in understanding the look I was going for and what my personal wear and tear would require. Every detail was centered around what worked best for me . As I mentioned before I returned for backsplash , I now have a new install scheduled!! This company is the top of the line. We had a 1,300 sq ft stairway and basement with worn carpeting and wanted to go with an engineered hardwood while replacing the carpeting on the stairs.  Kevin and his team at KC did a great install job, did the floor quicker than we thought was possible and took great care with our place and our things.  I comped the price they gave me with the lowest I could find on line along with an installer and KC was still very competitive and well worth the small premium.  I will definitely use them again.
